« on: November 09, 2014, 05:28:53 pm »
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/money/news/article-2826686/Skilled-workers-pay-soars-four-times-faster-inflation-Construction-industry-leading-way-ending-squeeze-salaries.html

I remember someone saying to me ages ago that when the IT industry and other trades are in demand again there will be a lot less window cleaners about..

ITs amazing how other industries like the building industries get rid of workers and the less wealthy industries must take up the slack so that  families can survive. Now when they want them back they complain about the cost.

It wont come here, too many costly regulations and environmental taxes, that's why most off it went in the
first place.
The firm I used to work for could produce engine parts cheaper than both China and Mexico when it came to
wages alone.
But because they used a oil based coolant in their machines they where hit by a very high environment tax.
The year it closed and went to China the environmental tax alone was 5 million pounds.

Window cleaning is a soul destroying, demoralising and dreadful way to earn a living, so as long as it stays
that way there will always be plenty of window cleaning for anybody that wants it.
The trick is to train your mind to think that its the opposite of the above and you will make it in this game.
Most cant do this so quit.
