first day on hot water and its the future!!
« on: November 04, 2014, 03:50:35 pm »
first day using it with my chiwanese stainless heater and just feels better scubbing and rinsing glass and best of all it keeps my ickle hands warm!
i would definately recommend getting a heater of some sort to anyone, i cant comment on reliabiliaty of these stainless 8l models but its cheap and cheerfull and working at moment so see how long it lasts but its doing great at moment.
only downside is my gardiner all season pole hose and yellow reel hose has gone like silly string!, i got some red pole hose to put on and will have to get some reel hose but whats the difference between gardiner thermobore and thermobore plus hose?

Had my fog wash around 4 or 5 years, good lil shower not sure if you can get these anymore. Only use it in extreme cold frosty and snowy days

i have to say i got through my work alot quicker inc a few first cleans, would that be because of the hotsystem or just me working harder!
im running mine on 30 at the moment.

Are you telling me to hack his computer!
I was looking at the same one as Dangerous Darren, but keep putting it off. An outside hot tap is my next idea.

Lots of stuff can be dangerous when incorrectly used. Take manual handling training for example they'll throw a pen on the floor and ask someone to pick it up, and the class dumpling jumps up and performs the classic back injury manoeuvre. Its easy to point at potential risks but if you know what they are you can minimise the risk.

So the sensible solution would be to remove the risk or not create the risk in the first place.

I know nothing about hot water. Had a look at systems and they range from £125 to £3,000. Anyone point me in the right direction for one of these budget chinese affairs you are talking about?

Get the corwoods heater. It's under £200 and comes with everything you need apart from the lpg bottle. And it has no 20 minute cut out.

It's awesome. :)

The 'time cut-out' on some portable shower units is after 20 minutes of continuous flow....so not a problem.

The stainless 8l models don't have the cut off or at least mine doesn't?
