All businesses have rising costs so its only right we have to increase prices. The worst type of business decision to make is emotional one. The problem in our industry is we have chaps wanting to clean window and ending up a business owner. I am not trying to be rude and I mean that in the best possible way. Its not easy.

I put mine up by £1 on certain jobs, after a few on the customers said "why haven't you put your price's up? we wouldn't mind paying ££(they gave me the price )"
so I sketched up a notice, informing ,as from your next clean the price for my service will be £xx.
This way the had time to accept the rise and wasn't just put on them.
Got me thinking need to review all my price's.
