Both Stonehealth and the above mentioned companies equipment is good apparently. Never used the systems. Big money though if you dont have the ongoing work or aren't planning to push for it.

Jamie Fairchild rents his vortech systems out, if you only need it for a one off job.

I know, it's more whether the machine is capable of doing what we need.

Demo seems like forever ago, but job has come through, completely forgot about it.

So, anything new or similar to the Torc?

May need a Doff as well, but will see nearer the time.

Wont be using Restorative Techniques, as enquired twice and phoned, but never got a reply, so if thats the level of service I can expect, they have lost me from the very start.

Why's that Kev?

Surprised that I've forgotten or surprised that I am opting for Torc?

Is the job worth spending the money on a torc system? As stonehealth dont hire their machines.

Restorative techniques are a decent company. I have had a few emails back and forth enquiring about their systems and renting them. They didnt get "straight" back to me, but i heard from them within a couple of days. Decent rental rates and a LOT of info.

Never got back to me after email and phone contact.

It's a big job, and I had banked on buying a machine, however, may look at the rental option.

What's the job, don't have to give location. People may be able to advise on what system

Once we know the substrate we can advice

For instance we had a Torc demo to remove a product from bricks - the bricks were too soft and the Torc would have severely damaged them if we had continued.

Stonehealth and Jamie's company are both good - we only chose Stonehealth because they deliver next day - so far always :D
