How much would a similar property be to buy in your area, and how much would you charge for cleaning the windows?

In my area that house would cost about £150,000 I reckon.

I would also charge about £8 for the window cleaning 4 weekly, or £10 8 weekly. It looks like it would be in my 15 minute category.  :)

I don't clean the windows but its opposite my place. I can't believe how much money it is, and it needs modernising inside. Lots of room for extension and a fair bit of land, but still..

I think there's a couple of windows on the side so probably £25 8 weekly.

Tom,

Two questions about the house.

1) When are the homeowners out?
2) Are the owners Indian, because I'm focussing on Gold at the moment

Do a lot of you guys charge about £2 or more per window?

Sounds like a lot to me. But I am up norf and I know the average price is lower.

Even at £8 I'd still be on £36 an hour if I had compact work.

About £150,000, I'd say.
But I'd do all the frames and doors for that.
I've no idea what the house would be worth, though.

Does anyone know, is there any way of finding out the value?

£200,000 - £300,000 depending on what part of town.

£15.00 4/weekly

Cheshire.

The pictures obviously use a wide angle lens to make the rooms look large as it is a very small house at just 915 sq ft. I would charge £20. I don't quote 4 weekly any more. It looks like wood sash windows so the first clean would be more. I reckon because of the land a extension potential maybe £425,000 in Newbury. But as I said, it is a small house.

The property is well overpriced in my opinion.
The estate agents must love their commission.
