£25 every 4 , probably £30 8 weekly but if it includes that summer house then probably same as you have quoted, if it was a friend though id probably do it for £30 and throw in the summer house :)

£25,    secure the job,      thats a good price,  better to have it   than overprice and wait for someone else to comealong and offer a lower quote than yours.
