What would you charge for this?
« on: October 28, 2014, 06:56:48 pm »
I'm only asking because it is a friend's house & I want to be careful not to either under charge or take p:

It's just outside of Newbury.

Including the summer house thing?

I assume by your name its 8 weekly? I'd say £40/45. Its a house worth in excess of £700k.

No, it's not like that. She is a curtain maker and made curtains for us and charged so no problem there. But you have hit the nail on the head which is why I want to make sure I am not overcharging or under given it's in the south east.

Yes, including the summer house thing. Plus, it's out of town, though I do pass it en route to a village where I have about 10 houses. I quoted £40 8 weekly.

Nothing wrong with the price and as long as you don't tell me you can do it in ten minutes then I do believe you.
I know exactly how long it should take to clean that house because its the same size as mine.

£40 8 weekly.take around 35 mins on maintenance cleans but you ve got to factor in driving time so itll work out at roughly an hours work including drive time/setting up/maybe a quick coffee and chat! ;)

my girfriends an interior designer but couldnt afford to live in a 6 million pound house thats for sure!! ::)roll ;D
price higher/work harder!
