You have posted you do 6 £10 fronts in 20 mins .....

The rest is left to Sean's imagination...

Why do people get hung up on figures, amounts, how many an hour or other peoples earnings?
WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT.
We work at different speeds, different houses/areas/towns, we all clean differently and to different standards so you will never be able to get a straight answer to any earnings or how many an hour type of question.
WHAT MATTERS IS, is that you are earning enough for your own personal circumstances.

Not having a go here.
Just my opinion.

Yes of course i can if on a run with 6 from same spot, or sometimes maybe if 3 on 1 road and 3 on another if no customers come out to pay or have a chat!.i aim for £60 ph glass time which i do always hit! Stop trying to be a clever dick making me out a lier!! we all know driving time/chatting/food breaks slow things down. If you actualy try what i do instead of picking holes with seank making pointless jealous remarks then maybe you will see that its quite simple to do and verey profitable.

Mick - as you may have noticed I don't plaster what I expect or get per hour from one man, two men, we have our rate and that's our biz, I have for the most part no interest in what you get p/h at all, I'm just curious about what what appears to be in consistant figures, if you aim and get £60 an hour then that's a great hourly rate.
I'm always looking to improve the biz, and when I see something that looks to be an improvement I like to find out more info, likewise I, where poss try to pass on factual and accurate info to others,

but your last post has made things much clearer

Thx
Darran

Id be working on 65% of what a single operator can earn so £200 for 1 man becomes £330 for 2 guys ....  £250 becomes £412.

when or if im ever in a position to do this I still think I would go 1 man 1 van so 2 x £200 is £400 which is £70 more than 2 men 1 van or on 20 day month £1400 more .... which will more than cover extra van running costs

working on low figures compared to some on here but you get the idea  :)

Very well posted Ian
