I need to change the details of my number plate but despite ringing everyday, numerous times nobody every picks up and the log in details aren't registering on the site. Has anyone else had the same problems with them? It's so frustrating!

Phone another number and choose a different option like new quote.
I've used them and never had any bother.

I've had to ring them yesterday and today. But of a wait but got through both times and both times a decent customer service rep.

If there's an option to leave them select that one, it's a sure fire way of getting through sooner!! ;D

I had this when I bought my new van on a Sunday, couldn't get through & message even stated I might not get through at all during normal operating hours on that day. I selected the option to leave them next & got through within minutes! ;D

Are you ringing the customer helpline number?
