I think its more weird that someone takes time out of the day to take photos of a stranger with their back turned to themSeems a little pervy to me
Don't think I would be to welcoming if I seen someone taking photos of me. Over 10 years ago whilst passengers were boarding my bus someone took a photo with a big flash and I nearly went berserk.

When I drove HGV's and buses there were always spotters around wanting a photo, I said that's ok as long as I'm not in it. There's too many creeps around.
