Yep of course, like anything not fitted correctly can be dangerous.
I'm not saying otherwise, but some get very tetchy if the safety aspect is mentioned regarding gas.
We could not get a definitive answer (in writing) stating we would be fully insured using a heater of this kind and carrying LPG gas cylinder on board.
I've seen setups where the gas bottle just rolls around in the back, no proper restraints, I've also seen LPG tank fire wipe out 3 houses in less than 30 mins.
There are some excellent set ups as well.
But the law in this country is weird, sometimes what's deemed safe to use domestically may not be allowed to be used as a trade tool. Ladders is a case in point.
I would (if money no object) have diesel BUT for the cost to benefit ratio it's not an option. They are a nice to have not a must have.
