We have it and need it for the customers we work with.

If we didn't we would need to fill out questionnaires every time.

We also use it as a tool to gain the work. Much like NCCA/TACCA/Woolsafe/IICRC etc etc

I tried to ring you earlier but couldn't get an answer from your mobile ? All I was going to ask is , I have just picked up a new cimex today from JK and as you have a Cimex and you have  the same van as me, just wondered how you got it in the van ? As its one hell of a beast, I couldnt believe the weight when I picked it up

Afew trips down to the gym might help, build them muscles up.

I personally have never had a problem ,even when solution still in the tank , but seriously their is a knack and as you say is a beast.

you are obviously a lot stronger than me mate, I realy couldn't believe the weight of this beast when I picked it up this afternoon, I thought it would compare to my chemstractor, but the cimex is much beefier and heavier, but a good bit of kit all the same

p s I did pop over to machine mart as they sell folding ramps, but they only have a very small lip that lays on your bumper but they are made in mind so you drill two holes in the top of your pumper, but as I have reversing sensor's at the back of the bumper I am reluctant to start drilling holes

The chap who I purchased mine off threw in some van ramps.  Bit of a run and push and up she goes. I've got the big boy wheel version, not sure if that makes it any easier! 

Mind you my middle name is Superman

 Ive seen quite a few types but only has a very small lip that rests on the tpp of the bumper

Its a cracking machine, looks the part on jobs.... paid just over 1k for it, but got my money back so many times.  The finish so top dog.

The guy who delivered mine, worked for truvox and it was an ex demo , had a little electric winch that folded up fitted in back of his van, quite handy really ,

yes mate ive tried that, and it can be done but it aint easy, the heaviest rotary I've ever layed my hands on , albeit a well made beast ! Lol
I cant answer your question about a ford transit as I dont own one, but I imagne it would go in no problem, it stands up with plenty of clearence in my lwb Citroen Dispatch

you want to try lifting one of the Premiere Rotaries with a tank on - felt like i was having a hernia every time i lifted it!! And i have had a Cimex (38) which was a lot lighter than the Premiere but it was an old one so maybe the new Cimex is heavier?
