Mod Note:  Please moderate the tone of your posts and by that I mean don't go calling other members 'dick heads'; there's plenty of other ways to robustly argue a point without resorting to childish insults.

Thank you.

Hi Michael,

You do not say from your post its "only a few hours per day"  and to be fair judging from your reply " at the end of the day its classed as an unskilled job dick head people "  I think your attitude to your employees would not bring the best out  of them!
How you expect to get a good conscientious worker is beyond me, I agree £30 per hour is not the norm , but a fair wage would surly benefit you in the long term.
Your opinion of an employee really should change ::)roll . if I was categorised as an unskilled dick head working for you, I would soon be cleaning windows on my own on your patch, after all I would not need many of your custys to soon attain the £40.
I apologise if I  sound blunt, but exploitation does not bode well with me.
Geoff.

ps. Spelling  and grammar has never been a strong point of mine, but I would suggest you change Proffesional to Professional on you web pages.

£40 a day is pretty good for Middlesbrough
4 days a week for a month and you would earn enough to buy 2 houses and a car

I see by the posts. This has been debated.

Can anyone tell me a fair wage for a window cleaner that you would employ?
I thought £60-£70 per day after tax
