Has anyone come across Bauder triflex balcony, walkway & terrace system?

As I’m strugerling to cleaning it!

Ring them and ask. I was looking at a system today at a hotel refurb in Whitstsable - a blue sheet with squares on to which they tiled.

If its what I was looking at then its just a molded DPM sheet that is fixed with tile adhesive and tiled on top. Its used for stopping the water and salts seeping through the concrete and staining the underside. I would use TFR, hypo or high alkaline, scrub and wash or vac off.

Waiting for there method cleaning statement and what cleaning agent can be used as I don't want to invalidate warranty

I would expect it to be more or less work for word the same as our Kev would suggest

Only yesterday ordered high alkaline cleaner from Kev should be here tomorrow! Not for the same job!
