Has anyone come across Bauder triflex balcony, walkway & terrace system?
As I’m strugerling to cleaning it!

Ring them and ask. I was looking at a system today at a hotel refurb in Whitstsable - a blue sheet with squares on to which they tiled.

If its what I was looking at then its just a molded DPM sheet that is fixed with tile adhesive and tiled on top. Its used for stopping the water and salts seeping through the concrete and staining the underside. I would use TFR, hypo or high alkaline, scrub and wash or vac off.

Only yesterday ordered high alkaline cleaner from Kev should be here tomorrow! Not for the same job!
