water Heater replacement
« on: October 07, 2014, 03:28:17 pm »
Hi Guys & Gals, sorry if this topic has been discussed recently I've been neglecting you all. :( With the cold weather starting I decided to service the two propane water heaters in the van before I start using them. The L5 is about 5 or 6 years old and looks and works as good as new, the other one from China cost about £60 2 years ago and stopped working just as the warmer weather began. Opened the cheaper one up and virtually every wire and component had melted and fused together!. So I'm in the market for a replacement. What is everyone using or recommending?

I think youve answered your own question really regardless of what others are using?

That's probably true, but things do move on and if someone has a better idea it would be good to know.

Thanks Guys, guess the L5 is still the best option for me at present. £20 better in my pocket than theirs  ;D
