A follow up to the postage side of things - just had a flyer in from Royal Mail which states . . .

1st class stamps remain the same, but 2nd class are going up from 20p to 21p on 1/4/04

What's a penny on the price of a stamp? 5% that's what!

So, if you go through a lot of stamps and want to be a bit sneaky/tightfisted, buy in your stamps, before 31/3/04, which are marked 2nd class and don't have the price on them.

A pound's a pound, and every penny's a prisoner!!
