I dont think i stand too close, to be honest i use all the sections so i can stand back, especially for wiping sills etc.How do you mean "are you arms in the down position" ?
Apologies for the disgusting image but the best description I've heard of the correct hand position is that the lower hand should, if you were to remove the pole, look like you were pulling off sopmeone standing alongside you and just behind you.Hands below shoulders at all times.Vin
