Thanks Griff, ive taken all on board you have said though to be honest did just want to concentrate soley on the carpet cleaning. I understand how the others could potentially benefit towards helping in getting the extra work in, but thats not the road l really wanted to go down...

Nice one Melissa. Setting up a website an all on the bits that go with it, adwords, how to gain Google rankings etc l know nothing about, so thats something else l need to look into. Ill have a look at what youve suggested below as a starting point
