I have tried liquid and powder ultimate master but my TM doesn't like either. After about a week I find it firs up the pipes and I have problems with clogging up, I have tried the liquid a few times but get the same thing, i don't know why cause I know loads of other that have never had a problem, I find it a real shame cause I like the results, and also Chris at Alltec

Started using Restore-it from Restormate just this week, really good stuff and 2/3 price of SPM.  :P

Two unsolicited emails today from just 2 of the jobs I used it on this week.
From a pre-school:
Thank you very much the carpet is lovely and clean.  You did a great job!  Can I book you at a convenient time of either Mon or Thurs 4 pm to do another room for us next week?

From Mrs H: I really appreciate how clean my carpets are now. The service was prompt and really professional. Thank you.

I don't get that many unsolicited testimonials but two in a week? Probably a coincidence.  ;D ;)

I know your problems with UM Colin. Is yours a hard water area? I ask that because we are a soft water area and everything, pipe work check valve etc are always absolutely clean as a whistle.
I remember that Alltec developed the liquid version of UM because some FT guys reported scaling and check valve blockages when using the powder, but as I recall they all lived in hard water areas and that was prior to the now norm, of installing water softeners in their vans.

Mainly Pure Clean or for mingers Powerburst or UR depending where / what the grime.   Sometimes add Citra Boost.
