Window cleaning business based in West Bromwich. Round is worth £1100 per 4 weeks with added extras such as conservatory roof cleaning and gutter/fascia/soffit cleaning. The business is 3 years old and has very reliable customers. The van is fully equipped with a 500 litre Brodex 'pure water system' and all necessary hoses, poles etc. The work phone would be included as there are lots of 'one off' customers that phone every now and again. I've also got a 5 month old high power jet washer for the cleaning of patios/driveways/rendering/decking etc..

Reason for sale:

I have had a job offer that I can't turn down and am very sorry to see the business I have built up and am proud of go.

Price:

£6000. There is a possibility of negotiating if a potential buyer wants either just the van plus equipment or just the round.
