struggling to get to grips with cleaner planner

got hang of most of cleaner planner but just deleting customers i cant seem to get my head round it seems quite a simple task to do yet i cant do it, the job isnt booked on to a worksheet as ive just taken it off after speaking to customer they have cancelled

any ideas

U don't need to delete customer Richie, just change their status from active to cancelled ( and I always just go to due date and click no due date due) that way it removes them from your schedule but cp remembers them so if they come back in the future u have a record

use the "complete" or "cancelled" option instead of active.

"Cancelled" if they cancel due to complaint.

"complete" for ones off's.

Try not to delete jobs, as will mess up year to date.

sound cheers robs just said that on email customer hasnt been cleaned since set up new software with cleaner planner so should be ok

i use excel spreadsheets. I have the following

week 1
week 2
week 3
week4

have all the  property / customer details  on left hand column then have  price column, paid column and a comments column.

works a treat. Print sheets out at start of week and just work from them. I then file them once done for accounts.

we did as well so binned it off
