80 psi can be acheived easily on a 100 psi shurflo with a simple pump speed controller.
if you can get a transformer then you can do this at home, without caning a battery.
Just connect the pump in line from your supply.

I tested it by using a spare shurflo pump hooked up to a battery, but it got very hot.
I was hoping someone who used one would recommend a pump.

OK well I admit it got warm but if it got hot then you're asking for too much, try turning the speed down... We have one on test at the moment, on a 600gpd, and six months in at 70-80 psi, all is good, with no pump failure.
There is a finned clip on jacket that you can get from shurflo to dissapate the heat quicker.
