You gotta work through it, its a self limiting injury and will go with time. I had it in my second year, worked on and its never come back.

Find a way to work through the pain and over come it. There are exercises you can do.

Is it worth risking your life because of a sore elbow?

I've had tennis elbow for a reasonable portion of this year. Have had to work through it. Get a strap and use it on your arm. For the most part of the day. Give it time and take ibuprofen at the same time.

I had tennis elbow on both my arms, went to doctor who sent me for physio.

The physio had it sorted in 5 months, recommended I do press ups every day amongst other things, it's suprising what a difference it makes if I don't do any for a day or two.

had tennis elbow aswell...lasted 2 years and went as suddenly as it came! wierd!
Hurts like f**k tho...you have my sympathy, but just work through it, using ladders won't make it better

I had physio for tennis elbow and it was sorted straight away. It was cheap, too.
I asked how much I owed and the physio replied '15, love'.

Funny thing, I got tennis elbow from using a big old sqeegie and applicator combo at arms length, I forget what they were called now. My daughter is a physio and gave me an elasticated elbow support, it worked a treat right from the off. Have you considered training yourself to change leading hands? I Don't mean sack your foreman, just change to southpaw for a while. Most window cleaners are fairly ambidextrous, blading with both hands equally, it would only be aukward for a day or two.
