 Picked up a big house myself yesterday three times a year at £825 a time. Work is still coming in, but still not quite enough to take the plunge and employ. How's your employee situation?

Ah, well I'm guessing you are going to need someone now. Hopefully it will work itself out. Maybe even think about a school leaver. I know of a few gardening companies around here that have got brilliant young lads working for them. They definitely exist.
