Hi Guys need help with this trouble one please!! we have cleaned this wool lounge carpet and forgot to put furniture  blocks underneed the sofa feet wood red vanish!! the next day client on phone complains red stains on carpet!! went there with eco pog but not shift at all!! any ideas what is the best process and product to remove it

Any thoughts much appreciated ..
 
thanks for your attention and hopefully someone here will have the right idea on how to remove it..

You wil not remove it. Try dye gone but i say it will not help.
Well, lesson learn, time to call your insurer
Is not even enough to put foils/blocks, also need to explain to customer not to remove them untill carpet isnt dry.

its worth trying to removing them. try sod met, dye gone or peroxide. Spray on then dry with hot hairdryer.

The old chemspec helpmate was good for things like that, in fact I removed a marks left by negligent carpet cleaners! I always charged a good price as this stuff is expensive!

Its a bit like the other topic of grooming carpets after they have been cleaned , ok it wont damage a carpet by leaving them there but guys comming into carpet cleaning these days are not  offering the basic services as they wood of done 20 or 30 years ago like simon gerard and the likes

Sod met would me choice, but don't expect miracles.  Stuart, it would appear from your comment above  that you are still implying I am not offering a basic service!!   I can assure you I offer a comprehensive service, and have many repeat customers.   
I offer l/m (muckspreadng)  , encap with the correct machine (cimex) and H/w/ with a TM that produces more than enough heat tn I need, Not a couple of plastic buckets joined together. 
I also use my own pictures and work in my advertising and webpages, can you say the same?  I don't think so, Why not?

You'll struggle to get those stain out IMO, but you can only try the methods above.
The best way of solving this kind of problem.
Don't let it happen in the first place. A roll of stick tabs from Restormate installed under everything will prevent it from happening again.

Use the chemical,cover with damp cloth, iron over the top lightly with steam iron
May take bit of time

If it's natural wool colour and 100% wool, Nitromors
paint stripper. max' 12 min's dwell, thorough rinse.
Can take several treatments. BUT DO NOT use if
fibres are dyed.

No I cant say that and dont want too, I am just a poor carpet cleaner with a major contract with specsavers, I clean 70 stores every three months and turn over well over a £100,000 a year and no I dont need a truckmount or a cimex, I just clean carpets properly as I was taught twenty five years ago and leave the freshly cleaned carpets without wand marks that were not there before the cleaning

 So 70 stores 4 times a year equates to 280 cleans , not bad, with a charge of at least £100 per clean surley

Stuart, I do not wish to have a slanging match with yourself, but if you persist in insinuating that( because I do not remove wand marks ) as  the vast majority  of c/c on here don't also, if they are been truthful and that I or they do not clean carpets properly then I can give just as much back.
