I'm setting up a small oven cleaning business soon and i could use some dip tank advice. Its the old gas or electric dip tank?... How often does each need emptying and refilling? What are the running costs of each? Can you light the gas burner in the van? Heating time on each? Operating temperature of each? Can i run the electric DT on power from the van alone?
