canvassing

it is hard to guarantee £200 residential work,  my canvasser here in Middlesbrough could only get the Odd house here and there,  not all guaranteed to be in same areas.  and not near £200 worth.    canvassed many areas.

Don't worry about, it that's the way most start a few here and a few there
do a good job and it wont be long until the neighbours are approaching you.
A lot of people don't trust newcomers in the area and say no automatically even if they need a cleaner.
It takes time but you will get there.

Whizz will easily be able to gain £200 of work. You need a new canvasser if he is that rubbish at it.

I've heard Middlesborough is difficult to knock for decent prices, but should just mean it takes a little longer to achieve. Though £200 isn't a large target.
Where am I knocking today?

stop talking about Guarantees  ;D
customers will do what they want regardless what they might tell you or anyone for the first clean

only way to keep a round is hard work, and you will keep more work if you work around some customers if you want to that is
