Just had a 999 job come in - all commercial carpet tiles but loads of tea/coffee staining

I was in the process of getting some dynamall as Ive heard good things regarding coffee but the client just called and job must be complete by 5am tomorrow!

relevant chems on van are:

Pure clean
oxibrite
citra boost

I was thinking of a strong pure clean pre spray boosted with the oxi???

What would you do??

I do have a prochem supplier near by so if i have to ill go and get other product

First of don't go in all guns blazing, you may well remove the coffee PLUS what ever they would have undoubtedly used to attempt removal, with just a good old fashioned high temp clean, then ramp it up if need be as you go along.Carpet tiles are pretty resilient and the ones that do not clean up so well just lift up and place under units etc where they can not be seen so clearly, using the clean ones in their place.obviously make the client aware of this.After cleaning go round with your bonnets to speed the drying.

If this fails I doubt you will remove the coffee stains etc with just bonnet cleaning you could be wasting a great deal of time and have a potential decent client feel let down.Just be honest with them over results with LM cleaning if they insist on this and drying times if you hit it with HWE.

OY Paris..... You may not be able to get good results with LM cleaning... but don't judge everone by your standard...

As for the OP, sorry but I don't use prochem stuff, and haven't for years, maybe someone who does use their stuff may be able to help.

I'd go with pure clean with Oxibrite and add some shampoo to it too.

Simon - Fibre Shampoo??

Ill be using a couple of d1 rotary's so I know I wont be able to blame the machinery as these are the heaviest floating shaft rotary's I have ever used but I really only want to use Hwe on the entrances to the toilets, Kitchens and the fronts of vending machines and not the whole area, the coffee staining is throughout the whole area!

The foaming effect of fibre shampoo helps you to see how much you are putting down and how even the application is, plus it dries to a  crystal, not dissimilar to how an encap works.
