Good work by Rug Doctor but this is not new, a similar survey came out about 20 years ago which showed the average side walk (Yeah it was American ) is cleaner than the average carpet...

Sponsored by RugDoctor! lol

That video was shocking! Buy a crap machine or rent out a crap machine. Where's the option of getting it done properly.

So is all this negative carpet chat making people rip up their carpets and go hard floors?

Don't think Rug Doctor want Mrs Public to know about better alternatives , do you ?
But what's to stop you using the report in your marketing.

Has to be said great job by Rug Doctor.

You avoided my question  ;)

Rugdoctor didn't make the video and would of been a better report to use for marketing if the above company where not mentioned.

No you miss my point, ;)

Rug Doctor have opened it up for anyone to use this report for their own advantage, the fact that Rug Doctor were recognised as the professionals to go to for a response shows how well they have penetrated the market, surely they should have got a response from the NCCA and it should have been them that were quoted as the recognised body that represents professional carpet cleaners.

Or have I missed something.  :-\

Guys

I keep saying its your products are the stars not the machine. antibiotics are losing there effect and the fear is that in time anyone will be at risk when have a simple operation.

This is the point of my campaign below, just watch the video it explains everything. I been cleaning all my life and it never stops to amaze me the disrespect cleaners get and how we are so under valued. Hygiene is one area that puts this right, sure anyone can clean but not all to the hygienic standard.

whats funny about rug doctor is that most people over wet when using rug doctors causing Bactria growth this is the odour you get from a over wet carpet. so in fact indirectly they can cause these issues.
