i dont think we are in any more danger than usual (as a trad) but as was said above foot&mouth did fizzle out but it caused untold  damage up here 1st. if this flu takes hold it could do the same, but most brits dont live in the same house as their fowls do they,or do they??? so i think were safe  :-*

Well It's something else to think about. It will do no harm to soak before scraping.
Then we can put it into that little cupboard at the back of our minds.
