i was laughing Gary because they are probably good for fishing but i wouldn't wear them for work,they look awful!

I'm going to try Chub boots this year. Not the Aldi ones though as they look pretty crappy.

Yep chubs are great,the only difference between them and the aldi
is that chubs have a leather upper but got to honest the aldi boots
are actually more comfortable because of the upper they have.

Bit of advice if you are french or a self conscious or have the need
to needlessly spend loads of cash or french they wont be for you

the french coming out in you,i feel your pain

Seriously each to there own,ive used these cheap boots in the past
plodding for miles through streamy sections of small rivers in winter
and they have been as good as gold.

Bit like ben they aint pretty...but unlike Ben they will do a decent job
