The only thing i will agree on is that you should never carry a 1000ltrs of water in a van which is not baffled..... Not even sure if the payload would carry that. not that i know for sure.

They may not be baffled and the driver must drive accordingly. So if it's within vehicle capacity then it's down to driver capability whether or not they want to transport it.
That's Interesting Alan, Thanks for correcting me.I presume when you transported them they were full of liquid though? I personally would not be happy to drive a static non baffled tank around that is half full of water! the water would be smashing about everywhere, especially tuning corners.
