Running distance and keeping myself fit makes life a lot easier.  Meditation too.  Not drinking, smoking and being fat helps also.

The flipfast is pretty good too.

extreme poles and brushes is no 1 without a doubt.its amazing how much less strain i put on arms, shoulders and back using these poles.

van mount with 100m of 6mm hose.much easier(and lighter)to handle than 8mm.

having a few days break(or a week) most months away from window cleaning.keeps me from getting too tired and bored with it all. :)
price higher/work harder!

Customers who pay on time.

Customers who respect the fact that i need to earn a living, even in the winter, and when they are on holiday.

Customers who's property is easy to park beside (preferably on the drive) and easy to get access to.

Customers who don't have heaps of (hose snagging) crap round their garden.

Dry weather.

My wife and kids being away on holiday without me (Bliss!)

You need to get the last two sorted.
Smoking Bounty bars is the worst thing you can do.

With the Grace of God I haven't had a Bounty Bar for 36 days, 12 hours, and 24 minutes.  I think about them an awful lot though.

I've cut right down on my sugar consumption.

What would make my life easier is if all the houses were all terraced, all wanting only fronts done, all next to each other, all over priced, the customer doesn't need a natter, they all pay by bank transfer and I have a never ending supply of pure water along with a magic pole that cleans the windows by itself.
Just chant..... Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. It's beats chanting Tory Tory or Labour Labour.

I relapsed on the chocolate last night.  I'm increasing my running mileage and I was tired and craving it and I crumpled!  :-[ :'(

I wish we didn't have it in the house, but Wor Lass likes it, so it stays.

The videos are as usual a little cringing but I like the look of the hose reel thingy. The pump control around neck is totally pointless though. How does that improve or make easier what already is out there!
