Poor service from a recommended supplier...

Im not going to mention who but i ordered some replacement filters over 11 days ago and still not arrived.
I rang up after 5 days and the owner said the parcel must have got lost at a sorting office (wich i totally understand) he then said i will send another out to you right away... Another 6 days go by still nothing!
Not happy one bit.

Yes name and shame them, thanks to the tinternet we don't have to put up with crap like this
anymore.
I remember back in the bad old days, the crap you had to put up with from dealers was unbelievable
then got away with it because they knew nobody else would find out and their reputation wouldn't
suffer.

Adam they probably got your addy wrong m8 by the sound of it, I'd phone and check they got the right number and road correct.

It was collins water products.
I have previously ordered with them and service was great, but for 2 orders not to arrive within 11 days is not acceptable.

Maybe you should start with Royal Mail or the delivery company. Just saying.

Lee at Colin's water is really good fone him again, don't think he comes on here anyway m8. I always order
My filters off him, never had a problem strange !!! 🇬🇧

It would be rather strange that 2 parcels got lost.....
I personally dont think the second one was even sent out because surely they cant get
2 orders lost  ???
I asked for a refund asap to buy some more as my filters are desperate for a change!

There are a few suppliers who are awaiting a shipment of resin that has been delayed by customs and excise. Most suppliers initially expected stock to arrive in the middle of July. Last post from Daqua on another forum suggested that they still hadn't received their orders a few days ago.

They maybe one of those suppliers.

On that point I'll add that I ordered a few bits from Gardiners yesterday at around 1.30pm. I checked my consignment number this morning and it's arrived at the depot near me so I should think it would arrive today.
Great for an order placed on Friday afternoon.
