As I said it's not in my income as I'm 99% commercial which I have to invoice and pay tax & vat on, so the few houses I have are cash jobs which is pocket money so not to bothered if I lose any of my houses as the money is not accustomed to anything or bills mortgage ect ect 👍

I understand what you mean now it's a bit extra to your solid commercial so any houses is a little extra money in your pocket to spend on what you want , you were not saying you weren't declaring the earnings . Mike

Most of the time give the 1st clean price and then monthly.

Usually 25-50% more first clean.

Just helps take the sting out of the tricksey monkey custies.

Been done quite a few times with that one.

Got some fascia gutter cleaning quotes to drop off to some custies next week, don't think they'll be happy.

I like the way they say give it a quick wash over
