I'm on the lookout for another vac I bought the Clarke 30 from that company when it first came out and it was a good little vac.....This one with the carbon poles looks good I might buy one myself

I have that vac. It's a Viper. Ball ache to use with Ali poles though. I tend to get up the ladder and drag the muck out with pro gutter tools if I can. Much quicker! http://progutter.co.uk

Is the vac any good though?  As it comes with carbon poles..

Yeah, it's good, but it won't suck sods of grass out. Good for moss and leaves. The tools are a bit naff that come with it, ie cheaply made. Have you used a vac before? One thing I notice is that you think the gutter is clear and you check and there's still cr@p up there. You can feel the muck with the nozzle usually, but, I struggle to clear the gutter in one go (always missing some muck). Good for out of reach off ladder gutters though.

Buy some pro gutter tools and a Harris 5m pole. Much easier to do a gutter over a conny with these than a vac!

Just a point of matter I wanted to clean up, when doing a customers gutter clearance with the vac, do you generally (if they're in) use their electricity or do you just use a generator 100%?

Good question,  I was wondering how we could get around doing that one.

If the customer is in, then use their electric ( most don't mind ) if out use a generator.

I have this system but with the ally poles, they can get abit heavy afer a while will be investing in some carbon poles soon. Been great with most jobs sometimes theres plants rooted into the gutters which have to be pulled out but i always check before and after with ladders anyway. And never had a problem using customers electric almost bought a genny when i got the vac glad i didnt now very rarely  will you need it

Haha mad?? Its never taken me longer than iv planned to vacuume a gutter. So never underpriced in my eyes

I have one of these since earlier this year.....
erm im looking for advice for another one as my former karcher nt was better albeit that i had to mock a sponge filter for it as the paper ones was a waste of time after one wet clean.

looking to go carbon pole next time and much more power on the water lift side of things it seems 7200 litres/p min airflow would be better for sucking tough stuff out.
