They are NOT 'tubeless', as when the pole is at closed length and you detach the pole hose....there is still a length of pole hose in the pole going from the base of the pole to the brush head.

I thought it was funny.

SALES MEETING

'Right lads, we need a word that sounds as close to xtreme as possible but is legally different'

'What about exceed?'

'It's good, but needs to be a tiny but more different, for legal reasons'

'How about putting a hyphen between the x and the c?'

'Brilliant. Let's go to the pub, we've got one over on Alex again!'

We as a company are not interested in gardiner poles or any other infact, what so ever, Ex-ceed innovation is the company name not the poles.   the poles are coded "5018" for example.
we have carbon far superior than any of our competitors, the clamps are better the any clamp available at present.
It has a locking force 60 kg we are more than confident in our product.

Can you imagine the top boy at Audi saying  'we are not interested in what Mercedes are doing'?

What makes your carbon 'superior'?

Alex has said that the carbon used in the xtreme is the same carbon used on La Ferrari.
No one has proved him wrong, yet.
Can't imagine Ferrari having the option of 'higher grade' carbon and declining. And I'd imagine they 'spare no expense'
i dont think a large company would give any info on there carbon composition!

So you think Alex is lying?

We do a very light pole, this is the slx type of range, but we do a lightweight one, all will be revealed in due time.

The process, ferrari go through to make there carbon, is pain staking, they tap it all over for air pockets, i do not think waterfed pole companies would have this kind of top of the range carbon thats for sure!

I wonder if Alex will have anything to say on this post.
He has said it's the Ferrari carbon before.
Maybe he'll post some facts.

Ferrari, as one carbon called T800, this is used in the bike industry.

But it depends wether other companies (water fed pole) go through the same painstaking process as ferrari.

What i dont believe is pole manufacturers use the same make up and quality as ferrari.

I believe the type of carbon is the same, but farrari make there own, there all competing for the lightest yet strongest cars, millions of pounds industry, we manufacturers would never be able to meet the quality of ferrari.

What if I don't want that type of connector in the pole.
I'm asking because we rarely disconnect throughout the day and we have little to no issues with rectus21 fittings.

Also, I really do think someone has to really be better on price to gardiners to stand a chance of getting a market share ( other than selling some when he's out of stock )

Gardiners poles are real quality at a great price, every time I've looked to buy the next couple of poles all the competition are either of unknown quality, heavier, don't come with a brush and hose as standard and cost AT LEAST the same if not more.

When is someone going to actually do a bit of sales and offer either an introductory price of say 25% cheaper than gardiners or offer out 50 poles for a years trial ?

Until a company has the balls to do this Alex will stay well out in front on reputation alone, as I know when I am spending upwards of £700 I get a great product that lasts for years.

Well done Steven.
Last time you bought a new pole to the market didn't Alex reduce his prices?
I'm about to try an extreme replcacing my slx's but I'll hang on until you launch.
Love a bargin me.

That's the reward for supplying such good equipment and service that's second to none😎

I'm sure others will be as well supported when they step up to the plate with goods and services. As yet many suppliers on here get all prickly and flustered over the simplest and straightforward of questions
