Cost of employee, WAGES ONLY

Hi everyone,
To those's who employ, how much does it cost to employ someone full time. I mean % on top of the hourly rate? So NI, holiday pay etc? Also do you just hold back money for holiday pay?
Please don't reply telling me about hidden costs like a hero i.e water, fuel, resin. I'm just after a figure for
WAGES
only.
Thanks in advance

1st find out Employers NI % (currently 13.8%). Basically thou will contribute that amount for every penny they earn above the NI threshold
https://www.gov.uk/national-insurance-rates-letters/contribution-rates
This gives you the tables to work it out..
With holidays I usually multiply the weekly total (including your contribution) by 56 then divide by 52 to give me a true cost..
