Citroen Berlingo/Peugeot Partner
« on: July 02, 2014, 04:42:56 pm »
I've been looking at small vans to get my son out on his own and have come across this

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PEUGEOT-PARTNER-2001-1-9-DIESEL-WHITE-VAN-LX-/281362760125?pt=UK_Commercial_Trucks&hash=item41828701bd&autorefresh=true

Does anyone have one? What are your views on this one? I've already tried a (very) cheeky offer but it's been declined  ???

Cheers

That old psa 1.9 diesel engines are nigh on indestructible, and should be good for at least another 100k miles!. Just watch the tank size though, as it is the 600kg payload version.

Looks a bit scruffy to me but it is 14 years old.
Service history is promising if the seller can produce.
Those vans are slow but reliable.
But due to age and condition I wouldn't pay more than £750.

Its looks like it has got a Berlingo nearside rear door. The Partner had a tinted window and the Berlingo didn't. Suspect accident damage in that area.
