I have just started to use it. I have been trialing it for a few weeks alongside my existing software. (George)
I am so really impressed with it, and I have to say, the back up I receive from Rob is fantastic. He clearly want this to be the best software possible so goes out of his way to help.  10/10 from me.

As far as I know it deducts at your request charging you a fairly small fee.
I am sure there are experts on here who will explain it. (I would like to know the ins and outs also) I am not using it yet but intent to.
Still on the basics with CP at the moment but very impressed so far. Once I have it mastered I will give all my vans tablets instead of worksheets, adopt bulk SMS and Go cardless.
But for someone who never worked out how to program a video recorder it may be a while  ;)

Thanks for all the positive words guys :)

Busy and exciting times at the mo, lots of imports and helping people get to grips with the system and it's full capabilities. Every business is different which makes it all the more interesting!

Also making lots of little tweaks and improvements as we go as well so the system is getting stronger by the day thanks to everyone's feedback and suggestions.

richywilts - Pop me an email at rob@cleanerplanner.com if you've got any further questions or you're keen to take CP for a spin. I think you'll find it a good fit coming from WCP.

No need to download just sign up for the free trial (link in my sig) and email me your latest WCP backup and I'll get your data imported right away so you can have a play.

P.S. Meant to say, lots of people asking about the ins and outs of GoCardless so I'm writing up a step by step guide and FAQ to go on the website very soon - watch that space!

Mick - Yep, Cleaner Planner is web based so it works great on a Mac, and then you've got the mobile app for your iPhone or iPad (and Android as well).

Hi Mick, thanks for signing up, was just about to email you. We need to get some data imported first (or add some jobs). Do you use any software currently? I'll pop you an email now and we can take it from there.
