Do I really need to Polish
« on: April 02, 2006, 01:39:24 pm »
I mean do I really need to polish water in a van when I deliver it to the windows which would mean buying a resin chamber @ £160  instead of a di chamber from ro-man @ £27.50 and polishing in my garage overnight?

or am i missing something ?

Hi Chris,

You do not need to 'polish' the water in your vehicle.

We have ro units at our base which process the water we then have the product go through a fianl polishing canister (ro-man type) to remove the final 002ppm tds and it is then stored in our 1000litre tank.

We have no polishing at all in our vehicle. This keeps the vehicle side of things a lot simpler.

I must have been a bit slow or something cause its only as im now starting to think of bigger resin polishing, that I cant see why someone would spend heaps on a resin canister and spending £100 - £200 when you can spend £30 at ro-man and polish at base then deliver as is
