No, I did it through NCCA. I believe that's the only way. Unless someone can tell us different?

Trust is a big word in carpet cleaning. If you think about it, we only retain our customers and have them refer us to their friends, family and work colleagues because through the quality of what we do we have earned both their trust and their loyalty, which in turn is how you build a successful business.
Whether or not you can gain that same level of trust through schemes like this is debatable, as I think their is a good deal of cynicism about the validity of these schemes in the minds of the public.
I don't see a particular need to gain extra credibility through a third party endorsement when building yourself a solid reputation for service, integrity and quality are so much a part of what we do.

Amen to that Simon. Although I'm happily a member of TACCA.

well said simon. i get asked sometimes about what places i'm a member of and tell the customer the truth, and that is the proof of how good i am is in my work, not the logo of a organisation i've just simply paid money to be part of.
