£100 for a connie, nice money that.
I quote approx 50, tends to take me 2 hours and i thought that was decent, just goes to show the more custies/business you have the more u can charge and not care whethe ru get the wok or not, cant wait to build up the business to the point i can quote 100 for a connie and be blase about it. cool
It's ok but I can make that and more on windows. Why slave on a conny for 2 hours just to make the same money. Personally I have gone off connies, gutters priced properly are great.
I agree, im in my first few months of going full time and £50 in 2 hours is like winning the lottery for me coming from a 15k a year full time job. I have lots to look forward to, i.e being stacked out with work and being able to price high
Minus tax, ni, running costs, holiday, sickness, bad weather. That £50 in two hours don't look so good now does it?
it is if you haven't got enough work
+1
If you haven't enough work, do you sit at home and say 'i aint going out for £25 an hour'? No, because £50 in two hours is better than nothing
Also, most on here claim to be on £30 an hour (ok, alot charge more per hour on extras) so for a new guy to be on £25 an hour while he builds...i'd say that wasn't to be sniffed at...or have you been on £70 an hour from day one Trippy?
