I did this one to this today for £80. It was an EOT clean. Took 40 minutes as they hadn't been cleaned for over a year. I think i'm not charging enough for one off's although i haven't had end of tenancy's as much.. Having said that if you say £25 for a small semi they do tend to think it's expensive around here and this is the south east with money kicking about...

I think £25 is fair for a one off for say a regular semi(priced at say 12-15 monthly) and like you said if you have a quieter week then just fit it in around your schedule...I also am surprised at the amount of calls i get almost expecting me to do it ''that day'' or the day after but hey some calls are better than no calls and it's all money i guess especially in this climate :-)
