Has...is often used for ownership or association
As...can be used to compare things or be used "in the capacity of"

so you could make an argument for both ???

I had a look at these in January and was thinking about fitting one with a bypass to the tank.

would you loop it back into tank or is it strong enough to supply instant warm water at the levels of flow window cleaners use?

I was hoping someone would answer that question for me. I suppose it would depend on the temperature the user wants to achieve but for a single output looping back to tank should be more than adequate.  ???

Why would you want to loop an on demand heater back to the tank  ???

It doesn't have the fittings for a flue by the looks of it.

just thinking in the winter you could loop it to stop the tank freezing maybe?
