Hi Rich,

We do a lot of McCarthy and Stone Build Clean work throughout Wales, been trying to get some of their maintenance window cleaning work for a while. Are you subbing through Peveral?

Cheers,

Huw.

Hi Huw , yes i am , its still a little in the air at the mo , Plymouth is more or less stiched up for me , i have been told that there is more for me if all goes well with the first lot of jobs , dont worry though , i wont be standing on your toes , the area manager i deal with is only from Penzance to Bristol , to be honest thats more than i can deal with on my own , just gotta see what happens  .

Hi Rich,

Is that all off the front of the building or is there more that the photo does not show? What do you have to do each clean outside only with communal insides?

Mike , there is a little more but i couldnt fit it in !
Its all out and communial inside , a lot of the stairwells are louvre slats which is a pain , i think i under priced a little but im glad cos it will make it harder for others to come and quote lower .
Are you thinking about it i wonder ?   ;D ;D ;D

No Rich honest. I am about a 6 hour round trip from you so it would cost me that in fuel and traveling. I would have to turn back without doing any windows to make it worth my while!

Rich,

What are you doing about all the patio doors with the iron guard bars, every flat usually has one? From my experience reach & washing these developments you are forced to miss the bottom half of each patio door because the bars are spaced so close together?

We plan to focus heavily on gaining this type of work over the next six months. As it stands at the moment we are too reliant on pre-handover builders cleans.

P.S. whatch out for all the OAP's tripping over your hoses!!

cheers,

Huw.
