I've never used more than 2 scrims in a day, I just wash them out in clean water and wring them out, I find that a slightly damp scrim is better than a bone dry one.

Yep I'm with Tim on that I use one dry for polishing a small microfiber for the sills and pre detail, and damp scrim for lead, only time I need more is if the dry cloth dips itself in the bucket :-X

Hi,

I have about 30 microfiber, have just spent £50.00 for 20 of them which was a special promotion at Windex.  I put dirty ones in wash & tumble drier once a week when dirty. surely much cheaper & practical then fitting a tumble drier, but all to our own I guess, that's what makes the would go round.

Hi,

Yer your right, only the other week I was in a right 2 & 8 as I had run out of dry cloths. In the past I have even taken a couple of cloths to the laundrette to get me though the rest of the day.
