take it easy ??

how do these other window cleaners get people working for them while they do nothing?.
do you get all payments online so it doesnt give them ideas, and how much do you pay the banana that does the work ;D?.

how do you go about this.

im only half way, one employee, we crack off the weeks work in 3 days approximately, i may, like today, have a a nice steady day and off till monday.
Next week the same then off till tuesday, start july

Approximately one third is Standing orders, gives you a regular wage, so to speak, then BACS, POSTAL and a small amount of collecting

I would advise anyone taking on staff to get them to sign a restrictive covenants contract to protect your customer base

slightly moving away from subject..........my understanding is theses cant be enforced

Same as any other employer/employee relationship not everyone wants to run their own company or the insecurity of being self employed.

There's a difference between ££ worked (turnover) and what's left as in profit
