Ok, anyone got a use for these ? I have a 7m version, and it's the most useless pile of p00p I've ever had the pleasure of owning or doing work with it's  heavy,got an upside down trigger, clamps that either jam shut or open, cheap Ali that bends under it's own weight, constantly bends away from the job, need I go on.....

Please, please tell me under what circumstances this will,

A. Clean where other  options can't.
B. actually cleans the area you want cleaned, not something to either side or aimlessly into the sky
C. Be the item your happy to have in your van

Failing that, I fear it was 150 quid down the drain 😂

There's a knack to using them.

Press the trigger a little bit away from the surface and then move it forward when it is at full pressure. No kickback off the surface.

I have also recently bought a similar one - not exactly the same and it also is pants, the missus complained and they said I had used it incorrectly. Somehow I managed probably 10 years with the previous one (Giraffe) without any real grief but the compression clamps and trigger wore out. It is a beast but does allow jobs to be done to a certain standard without MEWP. You do get used to them. I also use a powerpole  as a tooth pick for gutters so I enjoy a workout

The 5 m one with the "new style" clamps is the ONLY one that is any good...infact quite useful. The long one ...is as you say an absolute waste of time. The short one is....a bit too short. I have one for sale in the used equipment section if anybody would like to purchase and prove me wrong.
