First time ever I've cleaned domestic carpets with Dynamal ! It was a large ish house near to where I live, 8 bedroom detatched, good quality high wool content carpets, but heavily stained with tea and coffee and they had been cleaned by two other carpet cleaners, so I wasn't expecting miracles,  but must admit I was pleasantly supprised at the results
mixed a bit stronger than normal at 8 to 1 and very hot and also boosted with Energiser , they all came up a treat! Customer was very happy

and yes the majority of the stains came out ! Custy was happy thats all that matters
ive used Dynamal for about 18 months now but this is the first time on domestics, I would of prefered to use hydrox as I think it might of had the edge but doesn't smell as nice

Dynamal is great, we use it on 98% on jobs, domestic or commercial. Great for certain stains such as coffee and tea.

Are you guys using it as an encap to for HWE?

I did an office recently and took two sprayers. One with Dynamal, one with Surround Ultra. Definately had a better result on that particular occasion with surround and couldnt stand the smell of dynamal!
I`ll try again on a different situation.

I purchased some Dynamal last year for a commercial job and had some left over so thought i would use some last week on an end of tenancy which was a bit of a minger.  Used as pre-spray and extracted using hot water and i must admit it did a good job but it doesn't seem very economical to use this way, mixing at 10 - 1 unless i'm missing something.

Yeah the dilution rates are not great, but has improved in their new batch.   Still, the rates charged outweighs the dilution rate.  Especially on commercial work.

The biggest saving with any of them is time taken to do the job.
Can't see the point in using any of them as a pre spray if your going to extract though, far cheaper pre sprays for extraction cleaning.

Thats my thinking JandS. I've had great results with various encap products and a CRB. Sometimes the custy wants HWE anyway, so is an encap worth it?

Darran, what's your thinking here? You're clearly a big fan of these encap products, and as I've read your posts I've ordered some of your recommendations. But why use this THEN hwe? Why not use something cheaper? Be interested to hear your methods.

We use (pre spray)SPM if going/need to extract, as some jobs are better with extraction, but like I have said before, Dynamall with pad works a treat on most jobs alone, especially commercial carpets.  We did a canteen area not long back, full of food, and tea, coffee stains.  Pre sprayed with Dynamall, left to dwell for 5-10 mins, got the sprite out and job was a good one.

Very, very good results.  The colour that comes back into the carpets after using dynamall is great.

It's only my personal opinion, but I know of more and more who are using this method of cleaning, and the repeat custom and recommendations on both commercial and domestic properties is worth its money in gold by cleaning this way.

Pads are definitely the way forward , eats bonnets they just dont compare and there is no laundering afterwards

I've just bought 50 second hand hotel bath towels cut in half, then folded I get 100 highly absorbent bonnets.

Might look about getting them stitched up by a seamstress, ages ago I got some cotton bonnets from Argo in the USA which I found really absorbent plus it's easy to forget that the way a bonnet removes dirt (rather than spread it around evenly) is through absording it into the bonnet so it makes sense to use a material that has maximum absordancy
